As sole distributor of 'Border Lairds' Peeled, Breaded and Whole Scampi, we offer an exclusive range produced in one of the UK's leading factories. Complementing this range is our renowned 'Holmes' brand of Breaded and Peeled Scampi. As well as the finest UK roe-on King Scallops, an impressive variety of Scallops also includes Kings and Queens from Canada, Chile and Peru.
	Molluscs As one of the main UK importers of Greenshell Mussels,we work very closely with major growers and packers in New Zealand. Holmes is the UK representative of the 'Pacific Seafoods Group' and their 'Admiralty' brand. We are also sole agents for the popular 'fin McCool' whole shell Irish Mussels, available alongside Chilean and Danish Musselmeat and large UK and Dutch Cocklemeat. Our 'Holmes' brand Luxury Seafood Cocktail completes this exciting and varied range.
	Sardines, Octopus & Whitebait We are proud to be the sole UK distributor of 'Nigel' and 'Gelnic' Portuguese, Sardines and Octopus acknowledged worldwide to be the 'best of the best'. We are also the sole UK distributor of Spain's renowned 'Dismagel' Sardines.
	Fishsteaks, Soles & Monkfish Processed in a modern, purpose built factory, we offer an extensive range of 'Holmes' finest quality vacuum-packed fish-steaks. Additionally, as one of the UK's main importers of New Zealand Monk Fish Tails and Fillets, we offer a comprehensive selection of this top quality product.
	Exotic fish A mouthwatering variety that comprises one of the largest assortments of frozen exotics available, directly imported from such locations as New Zealand, Taiwan, Uruguay and Indonesia.
